What will you be doing?
As a Technical Sales Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact by phone for installers, panel builders, wholesalers and consultants. In addition to providing targeted advice to these customers, you will prepare, issue and follow up quotations. You support our account managers wherever possible. Working with colleagues is a priority for you. You see making calls as a challenge.

What do you bring?

• You have at least MBO-level education or thinking and working ability;
• You are fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written. German and/or French is a plus;
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office;
• You have proven experience in a similar role;
• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• You are customer-focused, proactive and not afraid to be assertive;
• You are well-organised, able to plan and prioritise effectively;
• You are flexible in terms of tasks and working hours, enthusiastic and able to work accurately, even under pressure;
• You live within commuting distance of Barendrecht.
