The RoofSupport wire mesh cable tray 65×400 mm (length 3 metres) is manufactured from high-quality steel with EZ1000 surface treatment and provides the solution for organising cabling. The wire mesh cable tray is easy to install, wind certified, and suitable for a wide range of applications. Thanks to its design, the cables are positioned within the wire mesh cable tray, mounted on a roof support, and therefore not exposed to standing water.
RoofSupport
RoofSupport is the ideal solution for organising cabling on rooftops in solar panel installations. RoofSupport is a combination of roof supports and wire mesh cable trays. Thanks to the click-and-go system, the set is easy to install without the need for tools. The roof support does not need to be fixed to the surface. Thanks to the design, the cables lie securely in the wire mesh cable tray, mounted on a roof support, and are kept out of standing water.

The wire mesh cable tray is manufactured from high-quality steel with EZ1000 surface treatment. The material offers excellent corrosion resistance and features self-healing properties, making it suitable for use in extreme weather conditions. Wind certified
The 1 kg RoofBlock roof support, with a recommended spacing of 1.2 metres and the advised cable load, provides sufficient ballast to keep RoofSupport in place. The heavier 3.5 kg RoofBlockXL can withstand hurricane-force winds with a spacing of 2 metres. The obtained certifications underline the high-quality properties of the systems, which have been installed throughout Europe. Conduct thereby offers installers and end users the assurance that the delivered systems meet requirements, even under the most extreme storm conditions. Both the roof support and wire mesh cable tray have been tested in the Peutz wind tunnel.
Placement advice
For a safe and stable installation of the RoofSupport system, we recommend placing the roof supports at regular intervals, depending on the type of roof support and the width of the wire mesh cable tray. The standard RoofBlock should be placed every 1.2 metres, while the heavier RoofBlockXL can be placed every 2 metres. By following this placement advice, you ensure optimal load capacity and a reliable installation.
