Wire Mesh Cable Tray 35 × 100 mm

The RoofSupport wire mesh cable tray 35 × 100 mm (3 metres long) is made from high-quality steel with an EZ1000 surface treatment and provides a practical solution for organising and routing cables. The cable tray is easy to install, forms part of a wind-certified system and is suitable for a wide range of applications. Thanks to its installation on roof supports, the cables remain elevated above the roof surface, keeping them out of standing water.

RoofSupport

RoofSupport provides a reliable solution for organising cables on rooftops with solar panel installations. The system consists of roof supports and wire mesh cable trays that can be installed quickly and easily without tools, thanks to the Click & Go system. The roof supports do not need to be fixed to the roof surface. This creates a stable structure that safely routes cables above the roof surface.

Reduced CO₂ Footprint

The wire mesh cable tray is made from high-quality steel with an EZ1000 surface treatment. This finish provides excellent corrosion resistance and has self-healing properties, making the cable tray suitable for a wide range of weather conditions. The use of this material contributes to a reduced CO₂ footprint.

Wind Certified

The RoofSupport system has been tested in the Peutz wind tunnel. The 1 kg RoofBlock roof support provides sufficient ballast for a stable installation when positioned at the recommended spacing of 1.2 metres and used with the recommended number of cables. The heavier 3.5 kg RoofBlockXL can withstand extremely high wind loads, including hurricane-force winds, at a spacing of 2 metres. The certifications obtained underline the reliability and quality of the RoofSupport system, which is used throughout Europe.

Installation Guidelines

For a safe and stable installation of the RoofSupport system, we recommend positioning the roof supports at regular intervals, depending on the type of roof support and the width of the cable tray. For the standard RoofBlock, a recommended spacing of 1.2 metres applies. With the heavier RoofBlockXL, a spacing of 2 metres can be maintained. Following these guidelines ensures optimal load-bearing capacity and a reliable installation.
