The PVbox SB.12.NF.T1.NSX.24IN.24OUT.MT is a high-quality generator connection box designed for safe and efficient power distribution in solar installations. Thanks to the integrated DEHN Type 1+2 DC surge protection, the installation is safeguarded against direct and indirect lightning strikes as well as voltage surges. This extends the lifespan of the connected devices and increases the operational safety of the PV system.
The PVbox in MT configuration features 12 MPPTs, 24 MC4 inputs (bottom), and 24 MC4 outputs (top). This enables quick and clear installation without additional wiring. The internal wiring consists of 6 mm² solar cables (red/black) with MC4 connectors, as well as a 16 mm² PE conductor mounted on terminal blocks for secure grounding.
The IP65 polycarbonate enclosure provides optimal protection against dust, water, and UV exposure and is equipped with a ventilation gland to prevent condensation.
The PVbox is standardly equipped with MC4 connectors (M) but can optionally be configured with cable glands or combinations (MT, W, WT, WM, MW). The product complies with the requirements of IEC 60364 and relevant international standards, including IEC 60364-7-712, IEC 61439-1 and IEC 62305-4 (current editions), including equipotential bonding and reverse current protection. Additionally, the PVbox is modularly expandable with string fuse holders (F) and a DC load disconnector (S50/FS50), depending on installation requirements.
Additionally, this PVbox supports multifunctional expansions such as:

- PValarm for theft and sabotage detection
- FireSwitch for enhanced fire safety
Compatibility with the RoofSupport cable management system further optimises the installation.
